It was a strange hospital. I got there and took the elevator up to the floor which I thought was the right one. But when I got there, and it opened... a lady was talking to me for the longest time and not to seem rude I allowed the elevator to take me to the next floor up - missing my floor all together. As it rose I yelled something down to her to make sure she knew I cared .. I don't think I did - just being polite. One the next floor up - the highest floor - I got out and walked around. There was all these counters - It looked like the perfume isle in a mall. All these unatentive people who didn't' want to be there. I looked for wherever I should sign in .. One group of employees were all talking to each other so I walked over to a stand where a guy was doing nothing it seemed - I asked him where I should check in - it it downstairs? He seemed annoyed that I would interrupt him and said yes - some girl next to him said that it was impossible to check in because of the flurry of people down there - I realized he a had a blue vest on and I wondered if he was here boyfried or if they came together or something. He said - it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes .. just take your number. I saw an open elevator with a guy in it. I ran in. There were two buttons - the door was closing - I quickly pushed the top button - I realized there was only two buttons and the top one was the floor were were on .. The elevator started going down - I apologized to the guy in the elevator and sort of made a joke. Suddenly the elevator screeched and shook violently to a stop .. it started going back up - I apologized again - It started going higher getting stuck - pusing it's way - crunching through - I made some joke about Charlie and the Chocolate factory and how at the end there was an elevtor - I was terrified.
